Using this website
This website is here to tell you about the services Fempire Beauty & Hair offers, what they cost and how to get in touch. It has no customer accounts and no forms, and it does not take bookings or payments itself.
Bookings are made through Square
Every “Book now” and “Book an appointment” button on this website takes you to Square, at book.squareup.com. Square is a separate booking and payment service. Your booking, your contact details and any payment are handled there under Square’s own terms and conditions, and Square’s terms apply to everything you do on their website.
Prices
The price for each service is listed on our pricing page. As that page states, service prices are subject to change without prior notice, so please confirm with our team before booking.
Links to other websites
This website links to Square for bookings, and to our Facebook, Instagram and Google listings. Those are run by other companies and we are not responsible for their content or their terms.
Your rights as a customer
Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees when you buy a service. Those guarantees apply on top of anything written on this website and cannot be removed by it. You can read about them on the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission website at accc.gov.au.

The terms that apply to the services themselves, such as appointment conditions and what each party is responsible for, are being prepared and will be added here once they have been approved. Until then, please ask us directly if you have a question about a booking and we will answer it.
